Designed for compatible Volkswagen Golf GTI / Golf R MK7 and Audi A3 / S3 8V models powered by the EA888 Gen 3 turbocharged engine, this upgraded 2.5-inch turbo outlet pipe kit replaces the restrictive factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor outlet and intercooler.
Manufactured from high-quality aluminum, the upgraded pipework provides a larger and smoother airflow path while offering increased strength and durability compared with the narrow factory plastic piping.
The 2.5-inch high-flow design helps reduce charge-air restriction and turbulence after the turbocharger, supporting more efficient airflow through the intercooler system and improved response on tuned and higher-boost applications.
This upgrade is particularly suitable for EA888 Gen 3 performance builds running ECU tuning, upgraded intercoolers, increased boost pressure or turbocharger upgrades where airflow demand is higher than on a standard vehicle.
The vehicle-specific design uses factory-style mounting locations and includes the required coupler, clamps and installation hardware for integration with the original MQB charge-air system. Professional installation is recommended.
