PERFORMANCE EXHAUST TIPS AND REPLACEMENT TAILPIPES
Aftermarket exhaust tips are one of the simplest ways to improve the rear appearance of a performance car. Whether replacing worn factory tailpipes or completing a new exhaust system, the correct tip design can create a cleaner, wider and more aggressive finish without changing the vehicle’s complete exhaust setup.

CARBON FIBRE AND METAL EXHAUST TIPS
Carbon fibre exhaust tips combine a lightweight motorsport-inspired appearance with a premium woven finish. Selected designs use a stainless steel inner section surrounded by a genuine carbon fibre outer sleeve, helping protect the visible carbon from direct exhaust heat.
Metal exhaust tips offer a more traditional performance appearance and may be available in polished, brushed, black or heat-coloured finishes. Exact materials, dimensions and construction are stated on each product page.
SINGLE-WALL AND DOUBLE-WALL DESIGNS
Single-wall tips provide a clean and lightweight appearance, while double-wall exhaust tips create a thicker, more substantial edge around the outlet. Angled-cut, straight-cut, rolled-edge and slash-cut designs can also change how the exhaust sits within the rear diffuser.
Tip shape should complement the factory bumper and diffuser. Round, oval and model-specific outlets are not automatically interchangeable, even when the inlet diameter appears similar.
CLAMP-ON, BOLT-ON AND WELD-ON FITMENT
Depending on the vehicle and exhaust system, replacement tips may use clamp-on, bolt-on or weld-on installation. Clamp-on designs can offer easier adjustment, while welded tips may provide a more permanent custom position.
Before ordering, measure the exhaust pipe’s outer diameter and check the required tip inlet diameter, outlet size, total length and available clearance. Some factory exhausts use unusual outlet shapes or integrated trim that may require model-specific adapters or professional fabrication.
CHOOSING THE CORRECT EXHAUST TIPS
Confirm the vehicle model, production year, factory exhaust system, number of outlets and rear diffuser design before purchasing. Exhaust valves, staggered outlet positions, aftermarket backboxes and diffuser conversions can all affect compatibility.
Exhaust tips can become extremely hot during operation. Correct clearance from carbon fibre, plastic bumpers and rear diffusers is essential, and professional installation is recommended where welding or fabrication is required.
