RETURN, REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

Euro Tuned provides a 14-day statutory return period for customers within the European Union. This allows you to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to provide a justification.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received – unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please note: Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at info@eutuned.com with your order details.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item.
Important: Items returned without prior approval or without using the provided shipping label may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For statutory EU returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately at info@eutuned.com.
- We will provide instructions to replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under the 14-day cooling-off period:
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless faulty)
- Sale items or gift cards
6. Exchanges
We do not provide direct exchanges. To receive a different item:
- Return your original item following the process above.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@eutuned.com.
8. WARRANTY
Duration:
Euro Tuned provides a 3-month warranty on all products purchased from our store, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
What is Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from usage of car parts.
- Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions, including leaving carbon fiber components in direct sunlight.
- Modifications, misuse, or installation errors not performed by a qualified professional.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
Fitment and Modifications:
Some products may require additional adjustments or modifications to achieve a perfect fit on your vehicle. These fitment modifications are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Process:
If you believe your product is defective during the warranty period:
- Contact Us First: Customers must contact Euro Tuned at info@eutuned.com with detailed photos and/or videos showing the defect and how the product has been used.
- Inspection and Local Repair: Where applicable, we may recommend that the item be assessed and repaired at a qualified local garage. We will provide guidance to ensure the repair is performed properly.
- Replacement or Refund: If the local repair is not feasible, does not resolve the issue, or is deemed unreasonable or impractical, Euro Tuned may offer a replacement or a refund.
- Documentation Required: Proof of purchase and supporting evidence of the defect (photos, videos, or repair quotes) must be provided for all warranty claims.
Legal Rights:
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. In the European Union, for example, you retain rights for faulty or non-conforming products beyond this commercial warranty. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit or exclude them.
