High-Flow Catless Downpipes with Heat Shields for Mercedes-AMG E63 & E63 S W213 M177 4.0L Biturbo V8
Designed for the Mercedes-AMG E63 and E63 S W213 powered by the M177 4.0L biturbo V8, these high-flow catless downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter sections with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path directly after the turbochargers.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, the downpipes are engineered to withstand the extreme exhaust temperatures generated by the M177 twin-turbo V8 while providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Integrated metal heat shields help reduce radiant heat around the downpipes and surrounding engine-bay components, providing additional thermal protection in the high-temperature turbocharger area.
The catless configuration removes the restrictive factory catalytic converters, significantly reducing post-turbo exhaust restriction and improving exhaust gas flow. This results in increased turbocharger sound together with a deeper, louder and considerably more aggressive AMG V8 exhaust note.
The freer-flowing configuration is particularly suited to tuned and performance-oriented M177 4.0L biturbo V8 builds where reduced exhaust restriction and improved turbocharger response are a priority.
Vehicle-specific routing, flange geometry and mounting points are designed around the factory Mercedes-AMG E63 / E63 S W213 exhaust system. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
