Designed for the Mercedes-AMG A35 W177 powered by the M260 2.0L turbocharged engine and equipped with OPF / GPF, this high-flow 200 cell catted downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter section with a freer-flowing performance-oriented exhaust path directly after the turbocharger.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe is engineered to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures while providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
An integrated metal heat shield helps reduce radiant heat around the downpipe and surrounding engine-bay components, providing additional thermal protection around the high-temperature turbocharger area.
The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converter provides significantly less exhaust restriction than the factory catalyst while retaining a catted exhaust configuration. Reduced backpressure helps improve exhaust gas flow and allows the M260 2.0L turbocharged engine to breathe more efficiently.
The freer-flowing configuration also increases turbocharger sound and produces a deeper and more aggressive AMG exhaust tone while maintaining a more refined setup compared with a fully catless downpipe.
Vehicle-specific routing, flange geometry and sensor locations are designed around the factory Mercedes-AMG A35 W177 exhaust system. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
