High-Flow 200 Cell Catted Downpipes with Heat Shields for BMW X5M F95 & X6M F96 4.4L Twin-Turbo V8
Designed for the BMW X5M F95 and BMW X6M F96 powered by the 4.4L twin-turbo V8, these high-flow 200 cell catted downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter sections with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path directly after the turbochargers.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, the downpipes are engineered to withstand the extreme exhaust temperatures generated by the twin-turbo V8 while providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Integrated metal heat shields help reduce radiant heat around the downpipes and surrounding engine-bay components, providing additional thermal protection in the high-temperature turbocharger area.
The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converters provide significantly less exhaust restriction than the factory catalysts while retaining a catted exhaust configuration. Reduced backpressure helps improve exhaust gas flow and allows the 4.4L twin-turbo V8 to breathe more efficiently.
The freer-flowing configuration also increases turbocharger sound and produces a deeper and more aggressive V8 exhaust tone while maintaining a more refined setup compared with fully catless downpipes.
Vehicle-specific routing, flange geometry and mounting points are designed around the factory BMW X5M F95 / X6M F96 exhaust system. Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
