SS304 High-Flow OPF-Compatible Catless Downpipe for BMW X5 G05 & X6 G06 3.0L B58
Designed for BMW X5 G05 and BMW X6 G06 models powered by the 3.0L B58 turbocharged inline-six and equipped with OPF / GPF, this high-flow catless downpipe replaces the restrictive factory primary catalytic converter while retaining compatibility with the factory particulate filter system located farther downstream.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe is engineered to withstand the extreme exhaust temperatures generated directly after the turbocharger while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. An integrated metal heat shield helps control radiant heat around the turbocharger and surrounding engine-bay components.
The catless design removes the factory primary catalytic converter, significantly reducing post-turbo exhaust restriction and allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently. This provides a noticeably more aggressive exhaust note, increased turbocharger sound and improved flow characteristics for tuned and performance-oriented B58 applications.
This downpipe is specifically designed around the factory OPF / GPF-equipped B58 exhaust configuration. The original particulate filter remains farther downstream in the exhaust system and is not removed by installation of this downpipe.
The integrated flex section helps accommodate normal exhaust movement and thermal expansion while maintaining the factory-style exhaust routing. Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
