Designed for the BMW X5 G05 and BMW X6 G06 powered by the B58 Gen 3 3.0L turbocharged inline-six and equipped with OPF / GPF, this high-flow catless downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter section with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe is engineered to withstand the extreme temperatures generated directly after the turbocharger while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability.
The catless configuration removes the restrictive factory catalytic converter, significantly reducing post-turbo exhaust restriction and improving exhaust gas flow. This results in increased turbocharger sound together with a deeper, louder and more aggressive B58 exhaust note
Smooth pipe routing and the integrated flex section help maintain efficient exhaust flow while accommodating normal engine movement and thermal expansion.
Vehicle-specific mounting points and flange geometry are designed around the factory BMW B58 Gen 3 exhaust system. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
