SS304 High-Flow Catless Downpipe with Heat Shield for BMW B58 Gen 2 / B58TU OPF Models
Designed for compatible BMW and Toyota models powered by the B58 Gen 2 / B58TU 3.0L turbocharged inline-six and equipped with OPF / GPF, this high-flow catless downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter section with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path directly after the turbocharger.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe is engineered to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures while providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
An integrated metal heat shield helps reduce radiant heat around the downpipe and surrounding engine-bay components, providing additional thermal protection around the high-temperature turbocharger area.
The catless configuration removes the restrictive factory catalytic converter, significantly reducing post-turbo exhaust restriction and allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently. This results in increased turbocharger sound together with a deeper, louder and more aggressive B58 exhaust note.
The freer-flowing design is particularly suited to tuned and performance-oriented B58 Gen 2 / B58TU builds where reduced exhaust restriction and improved turbocharger response are a priority.
Vehicle-specific routing, flange geometry and sensor locations are designed around the factory B58 Gen 2 exhaust system. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

OPF / GPF FITMENT GUIDE:
OPF / GPF is most commonly found on European-market petrol vehicles. Many U.S. and Canadian-spec vehicles are supplied without OPF / GPF, even when the model and year are similar.
This downpipe is specifically designed for OPF / GPF-equipped vehicles. If you are unsure which version your car has, we recommend confirming the emissions configuration by VIN or checking the factory exhaust system before ordering.
