Designed for compatible BMW F-Series models powered by the N55 3.0L turbocharged inline-six with Electronic Wastegate (EWG), this 200 cell catted downpipe provides a higher-flow replacement for the restrictive factory catalyst section while retaining a catalytic converter within the exhaust system. Compatible applications include selected M135i, M235i, 335i, 435i and original N55-powered M2 models.

Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe is built to withstand the extreme temperatures generated directly after the turbocharger while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converter reduces exhaust restriction compared with the factory catalyst while retaining a catted performance configuration.

This downpipe is specifically designed for N55 Electronic Wastegate (EWG) turbocharger configurations. EWG refers to the electronically controlled turbo wastegate actuator used on later N55 engines. Early M135i and 335i models may use the older Pneumatic Wastegate (PWG) configuration and require a different downpipe, making wastegate identification essential before ordering.

An integrated metal heat shield surrounds the main catalyst section to help reduce radiant exhaust heat around the turbocharger, wiring, hoses and surrounding engine-bay components. Vehicle-specific routing allows the downpipe to integrate with the compatible factory turbocharger and exhaust connection points.

Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM hardware should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the turbocharger connection, sensor locations and limited access around the factory exhaust assembly.
