SS304 High-Flow Catless Downpipes for Non-OPF BMW G8X M3 & M4 S58 Models
Designed for BMW M3 G80 and M4 G82/G83 models powered by the S58 3.0L twin-turbo inline-six and equipped without OPF, these catless performance downpipes replace the restrictive factory primary catalytic converter sections with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path. The reduced restriction directly after the turbochargers helps improve exhaust gas flow while delivering a much stronger exhaust note and increased turbocharger character.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipes are engineered to withstand the extreme temperatures generated directly after the twin turbochargers while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. The high-flow catless construction removes the factory primary catalyst restriction for maximum post-turbo exhaust flow.
Integrated flexpipe sections help absorb exhaust movement, vibration and thermal expansion, reducing unnecessary stress through the exhaust system while maintaining a performance-oriented flow path. The downpipes are designed around the factory S58 turbocharger and exhaust connection points for vehicle-specific installation.
Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM hardware should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the turbocharger connections, oxygen sensor locations and limited access around the factory exhaust assembly.
