Designed for BMW M3 G80, M4 G82/G83 and M2 G87 models powered by the S58 3.0L twin-turbo inline-six and equipped without OPF, these 200 cell catted downpipes provide a higher-flow replacement for the restrictive factory catalyst sections while retaining catalytic converters within the exhaust system.

Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel with a 1.5 mm wall thickness, the downpipes are engineered to withstand the extreme exhaust temperatures generated directly after the twin turbochargers while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. Each downpipe incorporates a 200 cell high-flow catalytic converter, offering substantially improved exhaust flow compared with the restrictive factory catalyst configuration while retaining a catted setup.

The longer downpipe incorporates a flexpipe section designed to absorb exhaust movement, vibration and thermal expansion. This helps reduce unnecessary stress through the turbocharger and exhaust connections while maintaining a smooth high-flow exhaust path. High-quality S58 downpipe systems commonly use this flex-section layout on the longer pipe for the same purpose.

This version is specifically designed for Non-OPF vehicles. The supplier specifies the catalytic converters as a 200 Cell EURO 5 configuration. The vehicle-specific pipe routing is designed around the factory S58 turbocharger and exhaust connection points for direct integration with the compatible exhaust system.

Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM hardware should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the twin turbocharger connections, oxygen sensor locations and limited access around the factory exhaust assembly.
