Designed for the Audi S4 B9.5 and Audi S5 F5 powered by the EA839 3.0 TFSI turbocharged V6 and equipped with OPF / GPF, this high-flow 200 cell catted downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter section with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path directly after the turbocharger.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe is engineered to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability.
The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converter provides substantially less exhaust restriction than the factory catalyst while retaining a catted exhaust configuration. Reduced backpressure helps improve exhaust gas flow and allows the EA839 3.0 TFSI turbocharged V6 to breathe more efficiently.
The freer-flowing configuration also increases turbocharger sound and produces a deeper and more aggressive 3.0 TFSI exhaust tone while maintaining a more refined setup compared with a fully catless downpipe.
Vehicle-specific routing, flange geometry and mounting points are designed around the factory Audi S4 / S5 3.0 TFSI OPF exhaust configuration. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
