Designed for the Audi RS4 B9 and Audi RS5 F5 powered by the 2.9 TFSI twin-turbo V6 without OPF / GPF, these high-flow 200 cell catted downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter sections with a freer-flowing performance-oriented exhaust path directly after the turbochargers.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipes are engineered to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures while providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Integrated metal heat shields help reduce radiant heat around the downpipes and surrounding engine-bay components, providing additional thermal protection around the high-temperature turbocharger area.
The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converters provide significantly less exhaust restriction than the factory catalysts while retaining a catted exhaust configuration. Reduced backpressure helps improve exhaust gas flow and allows the 2.9 TFSI twin-turbo V6 to breathe more efficiently.
The freer-flowing configuration also increases turbocharger sound and produces a deeper and more aggressive V6 exhaust tone while maintaining a more refined setup compared with fully catless downpipes.
Vehicle-specific routing, flange geometry and mounting points are designed around the factory Audi RS4 B9 / RS5 F5 2.9 TFSI exhaust system. This version is designed for left-hand-drive vehicles. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
