SS304 High-Flow 3.5" Catless Downpipe for Audi RS3 8V & TT RS 8S 2.5 TFSI
Designed for the Audi RS3 8V and Audi TT RS 8S powered by the 2.5 TFSI turbocharged five-cylinder engine, this high-flow 3.5-inch catless downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter section with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path directly after the turbocharger.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe is engineered to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures while providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The 3.5-inch catless configuration removes the restrictive factory catalytic converter and significantly reduces post-turbo exhaust restriction. The larger high-flow design allows exhaust gases to leave the turbocharger more efficiently while producing increased turbocharger sound and a deeper, louder and more aggressive five-cylinder exhaust note.
The freer-flowing design makes this downpipe particularly suitable for tuned and performance-oriented 2.5 TFSI builds where reduced exhaust restriction and improved turbocharger response are a priority.
Vehicle-specific pipe routing, flange geometry and mounting points are designed around the factory Audi 2.5 TFSI EA855 EVO exhaust system. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
