Designed for compatible Audi A4 / A5 B8 and B8.5 and Audi Q5 8R 2.0T turbocharged models, this upgraded aluminum charge pipe kit replaces restrictive factory charge-air piping with a stronger and freer-flowing performance system.
Manufactured from 6061 aluminum, the upgraded pipework provides increased strength, heat resistance and long-term durability compared with factory plastic charge-air components.
The smoother high-flow pipe design helps reduce unnecessary airflow restriction and turbulence between the turbocharger, intercooler and throttle body, supporting more efficient delivery of compressed air through the charge-air system.
Upgraded aluminum charge piping is particularly beneficial for ECU-tuned and higher-boost 2.0T applications, where increased airflow demand and boost pressure can place additional stress on factory piping and connections.
The kit includes multiple vehicle-specific charge-pipe sections together with matching silicone couplers, clamps and connection hardware for integration with the factory intercooler system.
The system is designed as a replacement for the factory charge-air pipe family including OE reference 8K0145673AJ. Professional installation is recommended.
