Order Processing

All orders placed with Euro Tuned are processed within one to three (1–3) working days, provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on the selected courier and destination country.

Order Transit

Transit time is estimated at 7–21 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Origins and Taxes

Orders are shipped from within the European Union. Deliveries within the EU are free of import duties or additional taxes. Customers located outside the EU, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, should be aware that import duties, VAT, or other customs-related charges may apply in accordance with the laws of the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All prices shown on our website include Irish VAT (where applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), Euro Tuned will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

Made-to-order and pre-order items are produced specifically for each customer and are therefore not eligible for cancellation or return under the 14-day cooling-off period provided by EU law. This does not affect your legal rights: if an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. Please review the estimated delivery timeline carefully before placing your order and ensure that you are available to receive the shipment.

Shipping Costs

Euro Tuned offers free shipping on all orders exceeding €200. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of €19.99 applies.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within one to two (1–2) business days. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan for collection.
