Coupe, Convertible and Gran Coupe models use different boot lids, rooflines, side dimensions and rear bodywork. Exterior components should therefore be selected for the exact chassis and body style.
Full BMW M4 models use wider bodywork, different bumpers and model-specific mechanical components. M4 parts should not automatically be assumed to fit a standard or M Performance 4 Series.
BMW 4 SERIES EXHAUST AND PERFORMANCE UPGRADES
A BMW 4 Series performance exhaust can provide a deeper and more engaging sound while improving rear-end appearance. Depending on the model, available options may include valved cat-back exhausts, axle-back systems, centre-section upgrades and dual- or quad-exit conversions.
Selected turbocharged petrol and diesel models may also support downpipes, cold air intakes, turbo inlet pipes, charge pipes and cooling upgrades. Mechanical parts must be chosen for the exact engine, drivetrain and emissions specification.
High-flow catted or catless downpipes may affect emissions compliance, warning lights and software requirements. Local regulations should always be checked before installation. Exhaust and engine upgrades are not applicable to fully electric i4 models.
BMW 4 SERIES CARBON FIBRE PARTS

BODY STYLE, BUMPER AND FACELIFT DIFFERENCES
Standard and M Sport bumpers use different shapes and mounting points, meaning front splitters and rear diffusers are not normally interchangeable. Pre-facelift and facelift models may also use different grilles, lights and exterior trim.
Rear diffusers must match the intended exhaust arrangement, while spoilers should be selected specifically for the Coupe, Convertible or Gran Coupe body. G26 Gran Coupe and i4 products should only be purchased when exact compatibility is confirmed.
