Designed for compatible Volkswagen Golf GTI / Golf R MK7, Audi A3 / S3 8V and SEAT Leon 5F turbocharged models, this upgraded high-performance intercooler provides increased charge-air cooling capacity for tuned, higher-boost and demanding street applications.
Manufactured from 6061 aluminum, the intercooler features a durable bar & plate core engineered to provide excellent heat transfer, strength and resistance to high-temperature and high-boost operating conditions.
The large 640 × 410 × 65 mm intercooler core provides increased cooling surface area and thermal capacity, helping reduce intake air temperatures during repeated acceleration, sustained boost and high-load driving.
Improved charge-air cooling helps reduce heat soak and maintain more consistent intake temperatures, making this intercooler particularly suitable for ECU-tuned, higher-boost and upgraded-turbo applications.
The intercooler is available with either 60mm or 70mm inlet and outlet connections. Both versions are supplied as complete vehicle-specific kits with matching charge-air hoses and clamps for integration with the vehicle’s charge-air system.
The vehicle-specific design is engineered around the factory MQB charge-air system for straightforward installation while providing significantly increased cooling capacity compared with the standard intercooler setup. Professional installation is recommended.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
60mm: Recommended for stock, Stage 1 and mild performance setups. Provides significantly improved charge-air cooling while using a connection size closer to the factory-style charge-air system.
70mm: Recommended for Stage 2+, higher-boost and upgraded-turbo applications where increased charge-air flow is a priority. The 70mm version is supplied with matching charge-air hoses designed to integrate the larger intercooler connections with the vehicle’s charge-air system.
Both 60mm and 70mm versions are supplied as complete vehicle-specific intercooler kits. The intercooler core remains the same 640 × 410 × 65 mm size; the main difference is the inlet / outlet diameter and corresponding supplied hose configuration.
Tune stage should be used only as a general recommendation when choosing between the two versions. The ideal option depends on the vehicle’s complete hardware setup, turbocharger configuration and intended power level.
