Designed for the Mercedes-AMG C63 and C63 S W205 (2019–2021) equipped with OPF, these 200 cell catted downpipes provide a higher-flow replacement for the restrictive factory catalyst sections while retaining catalytic converters within the exhaust system. Developed around the M177 4.0L twin-turbo V8, the system helps reduce post-turbo exhaust restriction while delivering improved exhaust gas flow and a deeper, more pronounced AMG V8 exhaust character.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel with a 1.5 mm wall thickness, the downpipes are engineered to withstand the extreme exhaust temperatures generated directly after the twin turbochargers while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converters provide a freer-flowing alternative to the restrictive factory catalyst configuration while maintaining a catted performance setup.
This version is specifically designed for OPF-equipped vehicles and features integrated metal heat shields surrounding the primary catalyst sections. The heat shielding helps manage radiant exhaust temperatures around the turbochargers, wiring and surrounding engine-bay components while maintaining an OEM-style thermal protection layout.
The supplier specifies this system as an EURO6 / OPF configuration. Vehicle-specific pipe routing and mounting geometry are designed around the factory M177 turbocharger and exhaust connection points. Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM hardware should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the turbocharger connections, sensor locations and high temperatures surrounding the exhaust assembly.
