SS304 High-Flow Catless Downpipes for BMW G-Series Models Powered by the N63 4.4L Twin-Turbo V8
Designed for compatible BMW M550i G30, M850i G14/G15/G16 and X5 G05 models powered by the N63 4.4L twin-turbo V8, these catless performance downpipes replace the restrictive factory primary catalytic converter sections with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipes are engineered to withstand the extreme exhaust temperatures generated directly after the twin turbochargers while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. The catless configuration eliminates the restrictive factory primary catalyst sections to maximise post-turbo exhaust flow.
The reduced restriction helps increase exhaust gas flow while producing a deeper and substantially more aggressive V8 exhaust note, together with increased turbocharger sound. This configuration is particularly suited to tuned, track-focused and performance-oriented N63 builds where maximum exhaust flow is a priority.
The vehicle-specific pipe routing is designed around the compatible factory N63 turbocharger and exhaust connection points. Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM mounting hardware should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the turbocharger connections, sensor locations and high operating temperatures surrounding the exhaust system.

Installation of catless downpipes may trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL) due to changes in catalytic converter and oxygen sensor monitoring. Appropriate ECU software or calibration may be required depending on the vehicle setup.
OPF / GPF compatibility will be verified after placing the order. Some European N63 vehicles are equipped with additional particulate filters further downstream in the exhaust system, and the presence of OPF does not necessarily determine primary downpipe fitment.
