Designed for the BMW M5 F90 and BMW M8 F91, F92 and F93 equipped with the S63 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engine, this complete primary and secondary catless downpipe set replaces both stages of the factory catalytic converter system with significantly freer-flowing exhaust sections.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipes are built to withstand the extreme exhaust temperatures generated directly after the twin turbochargers while offering excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. The smooth mandrel-style pipe routing helps maintain unrestricted exhaust flow throughout the system.
The factory S63 exhaust layout uses two primary catalytic converter sections and two secondary catalytic converter sections. This full catless configuration replaces all four catalyst sections, significantly reducing post-turbo exhaust restriction and delivering a much more aggressive exhaust note, increased turbocharger sound and a more performance-focused driving character.
The system is designed around the factory S63 turbocharger and exhaust connection points for vehicle-specific fitment across compatible F90 M5 and F9X M8 applications. Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM hardware should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the turbocharger connections, sensor locations and limited access around the factory exhaust assembly.
