Manufactured from high-quality aluminum, the charge pipes are designed to withstand increased boost pressure and high engine-bay temperatures while providing improved durability compared with the factory plastic pipework.
Factory S63 charge pipes can become a weak point on tuned and higher-boost vehicles. Upgraded rigid aluminum piping helps reduce the risk of cracking, deformation and boost leaks while maintaining a smooth charge-air path between the turbocharging and intercooler system.
The smooth-bore pipe design helps provide consistent airflow through the charge-air system, making this upgrade particularly suitable for ECU-tuned, higher-boost and performance-oriented S63 builds.
The kit includes matching silicone couplers, clamps and mounting hardware for integration with the factory charge-air cooling system and OEM mounting locations.
