Designed for the BMW M3 F80 and BMW M4 F82 / F83 powered by the S55 3.0L twin-turbo inline-six, this complete supporting hardware package combines key airflow, cooling and exhaust upgrades for tuned and high-output S55 builds.
The package includes an upgraded high-performance intercooler, high-flow turbo inlet pipes and catless downpipes, targeting three major areas of the S55 platform: charge-air cooling, turbocharger inlet airflow and post-turbo exhaust restriction.
The upgraded performance intercooler provides increased cooling capacity compared with the factory system, helping reduce intake air temperatures and heat soak during repeated acceleration, high-boost operation and demanding driving conditions.
High-flow turbo inlet pipes help reduce airflow restriction before the turbochargers, supporting improved airflow and turbocharger response on tuned and upgraded-turbo applications.
The included catless downpipes remove the restrictive factory catalytic converter sections, significantly reducing post-turbo exhaust restriction and improving exhaust gas flow. They also increase turbocharger sound and produce a deeper, louder and more aggressive S55 exhaust note.
Together, these components provide important supporting hardware for high-output S55 builds targeting 800HP+ configurations. They do not increase the vehicle to 800HP on their own and should be considered part of a complete performance build.
Reaching 800HP+ typically requires additional upgrades including upgraded turbochargers, sufficient fueling capacity, appropriate fuel, custom ECU calibration and other supporting modifications depending on the vehicle setup.
Vehicle-specific components are designed around the factory BMW F8X S55 intake, cooling and exhaust systems. Professional installation and custom tuning by an experienced S55 specialist are strongly recommended.

800HP+ BUILD NOTICE:
This package does not by itself produce or guarantee 800HP. It is a supporting hardware package intended for vehicles being built toward high-power configurations.
Do not install an 800HP calibration solely because this package has been fitted. Engine calibration must match the vehicle’s complete hardware setup, turbochargers, fueling system, fuel type and mechanical condition.
High-output S55 builds may require additional components such as upgraded turbochargers, upgraded fueling, custom ECU tuning, drivetrain upgrades and additional engine or cooling modifications.
Attempting to run excessive boost or power without the required supporting modifications and proper calibration may result in engine, turbocharger, fuel-system or drivetrain damage.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The included catless downpipes are intended for off-road, track and motorsport use only. Removal of the factory catalytic converters may not comply with emissions or public road-use regulations in your country or region.
Installation of catless downpipes may trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL). Appropriate ECU software or calibration may be required depending on the vehicle setup.
