Billet Aluminum Port Injection Intake Manifold for BMW G-Chassis B58 Gen 2 3.0L Turbo
Designed for compatible BMW G-Chassis models powered by the B58 Gen 2 3.0L turbocharged inline-six, this upgraded billet aluminum intake manifold provides a strong, high-flow foundation for tuned and high-output B58 builds requiring additional fueling capability.
The manifold incorporates provisions for port fuel injection, allowing supplementary injectors to be added alongside the factory direct-injection system when additional fuel delivery is required for higher-power applications.
Manufactured from billet aluminum, the upgraded manifold provides significantly increased strength and durability compared with the factory composite intake manifold while adding a premium motorsport-inspired appearance to the engine bay.
The performance-oriented internal design is intended to support efficient airflow distribution across all six cylinders while maintaining compatibility with the B58 Gen 2 charge-air system.
Port injection is particularly useful on higher-boost, ethanol and upgraded-turbo B58 applications where the factory direct-injection system may no longer provide sufficient fueling capacity for the desired power level.
This manifold should be considered a supporting hardware upgrade. Additional components such as suitable fuel injectors, fuel lines, fueling controller, calibration and other supporting modifications may be required depending on the final vehicle setup.

PORT INJECTION NOTICE:
Installing this manifold alone does not activate port injection or increase fuel delivery. A complete functioning port injection system requires suitable injectors, fuel supply components, an appropriate controller and correct calibration.
The required injector size and fueling configuration depend on the vehicle’s turbocharger setup, fuel type, boost pressure and intended power level.
IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE NOTICE:
This manifold is intended as supporting hardware for modified and high-output B58 builds. Final performance capability depends on the complete engine, turbocharger, fueling, cooling and calibration setup.
Incorrect fueling setup or calibration can result in engine damage. Installation and tuning should be carried out by an experienced B58 performance specialist.
