Designed for compatible BMW F-Chassis M240i, 340i and 440i models powered by the B58 Gen 1 3.0L turbocharged inline-six, this upgraded billet aluminum intake manifold combines increased structural strength, integrated charge-air cooling and provisions for supplementary port fuel injection.
The B58 Gen 1 platform uses an integrated liquid-to-air charge cooler within the intake manifold assembly. This upgraded manifold retains that cooling architecture while replacing the factory composite housing with a durable billet aluminum performance design.
Integrated port injection provisions allow supplementary fuel injectors to be installed alongside the factory direct-injection system, making this manifold particularly suitable for high-output, ethanol, higher-boost and upgraded-turbo B58 builds requiring additional fueling capacity.
The integrated charge-air cooler core helps transfer heat away from the compressed intake charge before it enters the engine, supporting more stable intake temperatures during sustained boost and high-load driving.
The billet aluminum construction provides increased strength and rigidity compared with the factory composite manifold while adding a premium motorsport-inspired appearance to the engine bay.
The manifold features a distinctive hexagonal top design and is supplied with supporting hoses, fittings, seals, gaskets and installation hardware for a complete performance-oriented setup.

PORT INJECTION NOTICE:
Installing this manifold alone does not create a functioning port injection system. Additional fuel injectors, fuel supply components, an appropriate port injection controller and correct calibration are required.
Injector size and final fueling configuration should be selected according to fuel type, turbocharger setup, boost pressure and intended power level.
