High-Flow Front Mount Cold Air Intake Kit for BMW F-Chassis M140i, M240i, 340i & 440i B58 3.0L Turbo
Designed for compatible BMW F-Chassis models powered by the Gen 1 B58 3.0L turbocharged inline-six, this upgraded front mount cold air intake kit replaces the restrictive factory intake path with a large high-flow intake tube and front-mounted air filter.
The front mount configuration relocates the air filter toward the front of the vehicle, creating a more direct intake path while delivering a significantly more aggressive turbo spool and induction sound.
The reinforced intake tube is designed to provide a smooth and unrestricted airflow path into the turbocharger, helping reduce pre-turbo restriction and supporting improved airflow on stock, tuned and higher-output B58 applications.
This intake upgrade is particularly suitable for ECU-tuned and performance-oriented B58 builds, where increased airflow demand can make the factory intake system more restrictive.
The vehicle-specific design is intended specifically for the BMW F-Chassis B58 platform, including the M140i, M240i, 340i and 440i. It is not intended for later G-Chassis B58 vehicles, which use a different intake layout.
Two separate appearance options allow the intake to be customized to the vehicle:
