Designed for the Audi S4 B9 and Audi S5 F5 powered by the EA839 3.0 TFSI turbocharged V6, this upgraded intake, charge and boost pipe kit replaces multiple restrictive factory charge-air sections with stronger and freer-flowing performance piping.
Manufactured from high-quality aluminum, the pipework provides increased strength, heat resistance and durability compared with factory plastic and rubber charge-air components.
The smoother internal pipe design helps reduce unnecessary airflow restriction and turbulence throughout the turbocharged intake system, supporting more efficient airflow between the turbocharger, charge-air cooling system and throttle body.
Upgraded charge and boost piping is particularly beneficial for ECU-tuned and higher-boost EA839 applications, where increased airflow demand and boost pressure can place additional stress on the factory piping, couplers and connection points.
The complete kit includes multiple vehicle-specific pipe sections together with matching silicone couplers, clamps and mounting hardware for integration with the factory Audi B9 charge-air system.
