Designed for the Audi RS6 C8 and Audi RS7 C8 powered by the 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8 without OPF / GPF, these high-flow 200 cell catted downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter sections with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipes are engineered to withstand the extreme temperatures generated directly after the twin turbochargers while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability.
The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converters provide substantially less exhaust restriction than the factory catalyst sections while retaining a catted exhaust configuration. The reduced backpressure helps improve exhaust gas flow and allows the twin-turbo 4.0 TFSI engine to breathe more efficiently.
The freer-flowing design also produces increased turbocharger sound together with a deeper and more aggressive V8 exhaust tone while maintaining a more refined configuration compared with fully catless downpipes.
Smooth exhaust routing and precision-formed pipework help maintain efficient gas flow, while vehicle-specific flange geometry and mounting points provide direct integration with the factory Audi RS6 / RS7 C8 exhaust system.
Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
