SS304 High-Flow Catless Downpipes with Heat Shields for Audi RS4 B9 & RS5 F5 2.9 TFSI Without OPF
Designed for the Audi RS4 B9 and Audi RS5 F5 powered by the 2.9 TFSI twin-turbo V6 without OPF / GPF, these high-flow catless downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter sections with a significantly freer-flowing exhaust path directly after the turbochargers.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel, the downpipes are engineered to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability.
Integrated metal heat shields help reduce radiant heat around the downpipes and surrounding engine-bay components, providing additional thermal protection around the high-temperature turbocharger area.
The catless configuration removes the restrictive factory catalytic converters, significantly reducing post-turbo exhaust restriction and improving exhaust gas flow. This results in increased turbocharger sound together with a deeper, louder and more aggressive 2.9 TFSI V6 exhaust note.
Mandrel-bent pipework, CNC-machined flanges and TIG-welded construction help provide smooth exhaust flow, precise fitment and strong long-term durability.
Vehicle-specific routing and mounting geometry are designed around the factory Audi RS4 B9 / RS5 F5 2.9 TFSI exhaust system. This version is designed for left-hand-drive vehicles without OPF / GPF. Original sensors and applicable OEM components should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
