Designed for compatible Audi A4 B9 and Audi A5 B9 models powered by the 2.0 TFSI turbocharged engine, this 200 cell catted downpipe provides a higher-flow replacement for the restrictive factory catalyst section while retaining a catalytic converter within the exhaust system. The performance-oriented design helps reduce post-turbo exhaust restriction, improve exhaust gas flow and deliver a deeper, more pronounced exhaust tone.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel with a 1.5 mm wall thickness, the downpipe is engineered to withstand high exhaust temperatures directly after the turbocharger while providing excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-term durability. The integrated 200 cell high-flow catalytic converter offers a freer-flowing alternative to the factory catalyst without moving to a fully catless setup.
An integrated metal heat shield surrounds the main catalytic converter section to help manage radiant exhaust temperatures around the turbocharger and surrounding engine-bay components. The vehicle-specific pipe routing and mounting geometry are designed around the factory Audi 2.0 TFSI turbocharger and exhaust connection points for clean integration.
Original oxygen sensors and applicable OEM mounting hardware should be transferred during installation where required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the turbocharger connection, sensor locations and limited access around the factory exhaust assembly.
